A fully funded PhD opportunity is available on the exciting project, “Using Exposome, Omics, and AI to Develop a Digital Platform for Tailoring the Care of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.”

The project is part of a series of projects to develop digital twins for clinical decision-making. This PhD project offers an opportunity to learn the principles of interdisciplinary and translational research. The student will learn and work on computational research on different databases (data processing, data integration, data analysis, bioinformatics and AI using Cambridge high-performance computing facilities), clinical research (clinical data collection, good clinical practice), data visualisation, and platform development. The PhD student will gain diverse interdisciplinary skills through this project while contributing to applied healthcare and public health research.
